It's a quiet week in radio this week, kind of surprising given that it's
a holiday. What news we do have includes the following:
The station in Rochester we're always talking about changing has changed
again. Outside of that, it was a busy week in religious radio, as a
station in Iowa has exhausted its finances and is going dark, two youth
targeted Christian networks are merging, and EMF scores three more
signals. In other secular radio news, Uvalde, Texas is in the news
again, because five stations there and in Eagle Pass have shut down. We
end with a discussion of song tags.
A weekly syndicated radio show about radio, and, occasionally, other broadcast media.
