Clearing the Static 2308

We thought it was going to be a quiet week here on CTS this week, but we only had a few minutes to fill this week.

First, Seattle gets a new AAA. What do our hosts think?
Later, a new variety hits station comes to Lincoln, and Civic Media grows again.

Clearing the Static 2307

We go a bit over this week as technical issues with our last story delay things. That story is the CRTC has caught wind of the simulcast of CHQR on CFGQ. Before we get there though, we have some other news to get to, including what's going on at 98.9 Seattle? Also, a rebrand in Madison, VCY closing on its NYC purchase, and much more.

Clearing the Static 2306

It's a surprisingly busy week this week. It's another issue of Radio in Reno, a new segment dubbed Cavanaugh Calls It, and an interesting discussion of news stations on the program this week.
