It's a quiet week in the radio industry, so the last half of the program is spent speculating about whether the FCC will expand the FM band down to 82 Mhz. Before that though, there is a bit of news, including an Urban Adult Hits in Norfolk, and a longtime Easy Listening turned Soft AC has been sold. We think this will lead to some changes. Also, the required spinoff in Indianapolis has a buyer, and it's not who either of us thought it would be. What does this mean for the Radio Now brand?
