Clearing the Static 2252

It's Christmas day as this airs on the flagship, and action is starting to pick up.
We have some changes this week, including two in Canada, as Chorus is preparing a flip at one of it stations in Calgory, and a Canadian operator is expanding to this side of the border.
Fully on this side of the border, Beasley has flipped a station it recently acquired in Las Vegas where we only expected a rebranding. Will this do really well, or flip within a year?
Also, Cumulus has launched a 90s and 2K station in Dallas.
Summit has also done some consolidating on its Classic Rock stations.
