It's a quiet week on CTS. Changes are afoot in Toronto, with one station moving to dance and two more signing off. The big news state-side is that the public broadcaster in Rhode Island is buying a big signal. That, plus a few other random changes, and an interesting experimental format is on the air in Connecticut.
