Clearing the Static 1744

ATTENTION STATIONS:

We are recording and releasing this episode early, as Serena will be out of town the weekend of October 27th to 29th. Please do not air this episode until after you have aired show 1743 on your station. Thank you.

A lot to talk about on this episode. First, we know the new format on a Wichita station that held a special place in our hearts. This station is no longer trying to be a teaching tool for perspective blind and visually impaired broadcasters. What went wrong? Why didn't this work out? We discuss. Also, two Classic Hits stations, one in West Virginia, the other in Wisconsin, have begun emphasizing 90s music. Speaking of West Virginia, a Classic Country format returns due to popular demand. And, a national Christian broadcaster makes a major format change. Why? And could this sort of thing happen to other religious broadcasters as they try to compete with the likes of K-Love? We'll discuss and debate all of this on this edition of CTS.
