This time, the Kid continues his talk about his experience with Alpha Phi Omega. Then, thoughts on North Carolina's LGBT discrimination legislation. Lastly, some thoughts about the passing of Prince, and how it has similarities to the passing of Michael Jackson some years earlier.

We talk of more developments in California, specifically in San Diego and San Francisco. Also, Classical music comes to the state of Maine full time thanks to Public Radio. We close with a healthy discussion about the news media here in the US, this discussion stemming from the demise of the Al Jazeera America cable channel. It's all here on this edition of CTS.

This leads into a discussion about programming and sales. Later, the Radio Kid laments the probable format change of WNMB in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We conclude with a very interesting discussion of what is now considered to be Classic Country versus what Classic Country used to be, and why the changes have occurred. CTS Extra 38: 3 Kids in a Corner

We're back with a new CTS Extra! This time, The Radio Kid, Bob Cavanagh, and special guest, 12 year old Retika, discuss several Kid oriented radio services, including Radio Disney and Nick Radio, among others. You will hear airchecks, and some rather biting commentary from all three hosts about each of these services, what they lack, and what they have to offer their young listeners. It's an interesting listen for kids and adults alike.

Can that city support three community stations? Radio Kid says no, Jake says yes, what are your thoughts?
