Clearing the Static 1812

On this edition of CTS, we spend most of the hour talking about possible plans by the FCC to crack down even harder on radio pirates. Is this crackdown really necessary? Should certain pirates be left alone because of the kind of programming or service they provide? Or should it be an "all or nothing" situation? Also, the FCC wants to eliminate the requirements that media ownership changes be printed for public view. Is this a good thing? We don't think so! We discuss all of this on CTS 1812.
