Clearing the Static 1804

We spend most of this episode of CTS discussing Cumulus. They are preparing to file for bankruptcy, but it is hoped that the company will be able to turn itself around. One major fall out from their financial woes is the forced retirement of iconic and at times controversial DJ and talk show host Don Imus. We discuss his legacy, and the impact he and others like him have had on radio. Lastly, it's the end of an era, as Scripps will soon be putting all of its radio stations up for sale. Who might buy these stations? We discuss. That's all here on this episode of CTS.
