It's a relatively slow week in radio, actually what we'd say is a
perfect news week, as we've got enough to fill the hour, but not enough
to go over, and not too little that we have to fill time.
First, we thought this saga was over, but it appears Larry Patric has
filed a briefing with the court requesting the liquidation of the assets
of Royce International.
Then, a couple of developments from the satellites. Later, a new Classic
Country station comes to Missouri, with an appropriate name for this
weekend. Also, a shocking format change in Oklahoma City, a suspected
frequency swap in Fresno, and the area where gold was first discovered
gets a new format. All that and more this week.

Clearing the Static 2220
It's a quiet week here at CTS. First, we start in upstate New York, with a couple of developments there. Then, it's a few other developments, including State College, and a judge has ruled on whether or not an owner is still able to hold a license. Finally, we don't have anything else to talk about, so Bob does some real time investigating to find that a station in Oklahoma appears to have gone talk full time, and the Spanish CHR Urbana format appears to be back to 1010 in Portland.
